Hayes, vice-chair of Foley’s Energy Transition Practice, reviewed the bigger winners of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub program and the impact of the Internal Revenue Service’s final ruling on hourly matching as a qualification for the section 45V production tax credit.
